The App provides football-related information including, but not limited to, live match scores, club and player statistics, fixture schedules, head-to-head analyses, and personalized favorites. The information is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
The App may store data locally on your device, including your preferences, favorite clubs, and settings. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any data stored on it. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from device failure, theft, or unauthorized access.

The App may display data sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of third-party content. The App may also contain links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Bclic Football Insight developed by Great Smart Technology Ltd SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP, IF ANY.
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date football data, we make no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of live scores, statistics, or any other information displayed in the App. Data may be delayed or contain errors. Do not rely on the App for time-sensitive decisions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted within the App or on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the App, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the App shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
